WorkSafe Victoria provides up to 3 hours of free safety advice to Victorian small and medium businesses (50 employees or less) by providing an independent health and safety consultant to assist with health and safety. The advice will be provided at your workplace and include a simple safety action plan.

However the requirements of the legislation and the technical expertise required to understand what the legislation means can make it difficult to know where to start or how to go about it.
